Estate Administration

Dealing with the complexities of a loved one’s estate can be a daunting task even when their death is expected. Identifying the assets of the estate, paying the decedent’s debts and distributing the remaining assets can be emotional and burdensome.

If a will is in place, the executor will be responsible for managing this process in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the will. If a will is not in place, the probate court will appoint an administrator to administer the estate in accordance with state and federal law.
