Estate Administration
Dealing with the complexities of a loved one’s estate can be a daunting task even when their death is expected. Identifying the assets of the estate, paying the decedent’s debts and distributing the remaining assets can be emotional and burdensome.
If a will is in place, the executor will be responsible for managing this process in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the will. If a will is not in place, the probate court will appoint an administrator to administer the estate in accordance with state and federal law.
Mark W. Yaros, Esq. can help families through the processes of:
- Probate - transferring legal property title to beneficiaries
- Estate administration
- Preparation of Federal and State Tax Returns
- Preparation of State Inheritance Tax Returns
