Prior to starting his practice, Mark was an associate with the law firms of Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. and Gebhardt & Kiefer, P.C., working in the corporate, trusts and estate law departments. Mark also served as General Counsel of a multi-million dollar computer company.

Mark received a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT in 1996 and a B.A. in Accounting from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA in 1992. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Hunterdon County Bar Association.

Mark is an active member of the Clinton, New Jersey Chapter of Business Networking International, a professional business networking organization, a member of the Clinton Business Group and a member of the High Bridge Business Association. He also is a coach and sponsor of 1st and 2nd grade basketball in Alexandria Township and is a baseball/softball team sponsor for the Delaware Valley Athletic Association. Mark resides in Pittstown, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
